A  visual journey:
from festivals to forgotten heritage.

I’ve had a passion for photography ever since I was a child, but only began taking it seriously around the year 2000. Back then, my focus was primarily on music, capturing festival atmospheres and live concerts, as well as abstract compositions. Since then, I’ve broadened my interests to include the exploration of architectural heritage, studying and documenting disused properties throughout the UK and Europe.

In 2020, I was shortlisted for the Historic Photographer of the Year competition, an international contest open to entrants worldwide. My image, Welsh Farmhouse was commended for illustrating that historical significance can be found even in most modest of settings. You can view it among the top 10 photographs of the 2020 competition here.

Although I’m not strictly a commercial photographer, I have occasionally undertaken commissioned work from clients, and my photographs were included in the 2021 publication Abandoned Planet.
